This paper inspectes the Hatching-building foundation's geological conditions and peripheral environments of the Wuhan Science & Technology University, compares each kind of scheme carefully, and have comperhensively considered the project construction's convenience and its cost, etc. Finally this design in view of each section of characteristics partition optimizing retaining and protection of building foundation is adopted. At the same time, this design uses the software for building foundation named lizheng to carry on the stable computation. In brief, the design has achieved the most superior design goal under the safe condition.
